Services provided by the County Clerk's Office include but are not limited to Real Property Records and Recording; Registrar and issuance of Birth, Death and Marriage Records; Civil Records; Misdemeanor Records; Probate Records; Commissioner Court Records; and Elections.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the County Clerk's Office by any means above during business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

$16.00 for the 1st page

$4.00 for each ADDITIONAL PAGE attached per document

 

 The Texas Supreme Court has adopted Texas Rule of Civil Procedure

Rule 78a requiring that a case information sheet must accompany the

filing of an original petition/application in a new civil, family law,

probate or mental health case and in certain post-judgment motions

under the Texas Family Code. The Supreme Court has also adopted

the civil case information sheet approved by the Texas Judicial Council

to be used pursuant to Rule 78a.
